After being on hiatus for the last few years, the Peaces of Me Foundation Etsy store is officially back online.!

That means, you can get some merch with our logo on while supporting our cause.

Currently, we have about 10 selections on our store, but we plan to add some exciting stuff soon…

Newsletter

For the People, By the People.

Newsletters are supposed to be useful.

Are you tired of sharing your contact information with an organization, only to receive a monthly email that is dry, uninformative, or nothing more than a poorly disguised sales pitch?

We get it. That is why Peaces took a sabbatical and reimagined every facet of our newsletter. We can’t wait to share the next generation with you.

During our redesign, we kept the following question at the core of our process: “Why would someone actually want to read this?”. In turn, we adopted the following principles:

  • Bring Value. Place the emphasis on informing the reader, not promoting our brand.
  • Be concise. Use bullet points and other tools to make it readable on the go.
  • Keep it Interesting. Generally speaking, each bullet point will contain links for further exploration of a given topic.
  • Make it fun. We deal with a lot of difficult material, but that doesn't mean that we have to (or should) be down in the dumps. That's not healthy.
  • Never Stop Evolving. We will continue seeking your feedback, ideas, and suggestions in order to stay ahead of the curve.

Now that we have shared a little about our process with you, let’s go over some of the features you will find. Highlights include:

  • Accessibility Hacks. Tips from people with disabilities about how they do life.
  • Stories of Lived Experience. Vignettes submitted from our community members that touch on a range of topics.
  • Accessibility in the News. Our monthly news breakdown as presented by our Editorial Team.
  • Volunteer Spotlight. Proof that everyday people can make a real impact.
  • Community Updates. A brief glimpse into the powerful work that we are doing.
